Today's electric rice cookers' heating chassis cannot be separated.When the rice is cooked,the heating part is idle.It is a waste of resources.But this separated electric cooker is different.The bottom of the heating zone can be separated,When the rice is cooked,the bottom can be used as a induction cooker used for cooking other food,achieving a cooker of multi-function and improving resource utilization.The outer wall of the cooker is made of thermal insulation,which can be used to keep the rice warm.

Production Technology

This rice cooker insulation material outside, it can ensure that after the rice is cooked, the rice will not be cooled when chassis is separated. The bottom of the metal is made by better thermal conductivity material, it can maximize the use of heat.

Design Challenge

Different from traditional rice cookers, the heating zone of this rice cooker can be separated for other use, it can achieve a multi-purpose, saving resources and space, especially for people who often relocate.

Project Duration

Projekt dauer is 4 months.The project started in May 2017 and finished in September 2017 in China.

Operation Flow

When the cooker and the chassis are used in combination ，it can be used as a normal rice cooker, when the chassis is separated, the cooker is used to insulate rice, the chassis can be used alone as a induction cooker to cook other food.

Research

The design of this rice cooker is inspired by induction cooker. Separating the heating area of the rice cooker use as an induction cooker, it not only saves resources, but also saves space.Today's electric cooker is massified and the only thing that can be separated is the inside of the tank.The heating chassis cannot be separated.When the rice is cooked,the heating part is idle.It is a waste of resources.But this separated rice cooker is different.The heating zone can be separated,When the rice is cooked,the bottom can be used as a induction cooker used for cooking other food,achieving a cooker of multi-function and improving resource utilization.The outer wall of the cooker is made of thermal insulation,which can be used to keep the rice warm.

nowadays， the only thing of electric rice cooker can be separated is the tank inside,The heating chassis cannot be separated.When the rice is cooked,the heating part is idle.The design of this rice cooker is inspired by induction cooker. Separating the heating area of the rice cooker as an induction cooker not only saves resources, but also saves space.
